Step 2: Cold Email Outreach Deliverability Infrastructure
We use separate sending domains and subdomains to increase deliverability and avoid sending limits.
We add, edit, and check DNS records alignment (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, Redirects, etc.) to ensure proper authentication and deliverability.
We configure and maintain the SMTP to optimize sending and receiving of emails.
We use warmed IP addresses with very good reputation and constantly warming email accounts to ensure a positive sender reputation
We perform constant spam testing to identify and eliminate any issues that may affect deliverability
We maintain redundant systems to decrease downtime and deliverability issues
We constantly monitor and analyze results to identify and implement improvements.
